When ERT, a medical research firm, needed to collect and analyze customer recommendations regarding medical testing, they chose IGM Creative Group. We worked closely with ERT to develop and distribute custom emails and surveys, while carefully tracking and analyzing metrics that captured high-value prospect information for future campaigns.

Additionally, they asked IGM to craft a new brand strategy to energize and mobilize their organization. This was achieved by creating new logos, a new visual identity, company messaging and a website. Following the global re-launch, we designed a new trade show island booth and print/online campaigns to support customer interest targeting ERT’s varied audiences.
